SALES DIRECTOR'S OFFICE.
4th January, 1934.
BWG{J. C. Bowring}
Messrs. Rolls-Royce, Ltd.,
DERBY.
Attention of Mr. E.W.Hives.
Dear Sirs,
JACKALLS.
We thank you for yours of the 1st instant, Ref: Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Bwg.{J. C. Bowring}
10/KW., and in regard to the point you raise concerning brackets, we would like to suggest that the rear fixing brackets be designed integral with the spring pad fitting.
This method of fitting would bring the fixing bracket to the bottom of the jack instead of the top as in the case of the present arrangement. We would like to have your approval if possible.
Thanking you in anticipation of your kind consideration.
Yours faithfully,
For S.SMITH & SONS (Motor Accessories)
LIMITED.

SALES DIRECTOR.
