23. PISTON SEIZURES. Information not available.
It was agreed that while the test bed is out of action due to freezing, Hallam will make a summary of the work carried out on the rig engine, with and without the hole in the conn. rod. He will also look up the history of the piston seizure on the Bentley engines before the hole was put in the rod, the depot sheets where we have instructed the hole to be blocked up to improve oil consumption and any road oil consumption figures with and without the hole in the rod.

24. CLOCKS.
We are writing to Smith's about clocks.

25. DIRECTION INDICATORS. Waiting for test. Figures to be given at next meeting.
Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/RC.{R. Childs} is going to make a weekly examination of all direction indicators and issue a report about them. It is no good overcoming the trouble by frequent lubrication.

26. RUBBER STRIP TO PREVENT WIND NOISES. This experiment can proceed on 7-B-V in the cold chamber.

27. WINDOWS AND DOORS STICKING THROUGH FREEZING (Problems connected with cold weather and coachwork)
It was agreed that a series of experiments should be put in hand to find out how to overcome the doors sticking in cold weather, due to the rubber freezing, and how to prevent window lifts sticking due to similar conditions. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} recommended plating in any case where corrosion caused this trouble. New man. Windorolgls.

28. WHEELS. Delivery date.
Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} will look at the Kelsey Hayes correspondence to see whether they are really going ahead with the wheel, to the drawing which they sent us.

29. 2-B-50. A blanking plate should be fitted to this car to make the carburation reasonable.

30. MATERIAL FOR MYTH BODIES. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} has another set coming.
It was agreed that we should order a third set of these pieces at the beginning of the next licencing period. There will be some modifications required as the bits will be for a monocoque. (Roy{Sir Henry Royce}/Mr.Saunders will know the next licencing period.)
