Dear Taub,

I heard rumours about the disagreeable visits suffered by Vauxhall's Engineering Department, and the facts were confirmed by Jones of "Vacuum" when he visited us this week.

I sincerely hope that you are none the worse for your experience and that your personnel have not suffered unduly.

We have been extremely fortunate here in spite of Lord Haw-Haw's broadcasts to the contrary.

I understand that you are now interested in blowers for your new engine; also that it has about reached the production stage.

We have got all sorts of interesting war-time jobs here, when you have time to come and pay us a visit.

Yours sincerely,
