Trot Salt - Carburation} 400f 12-E-V The following points were noted:- 1. The carburation is definitely too weak for the weather condition now existing. There is insufficient mixture from the starter carburetter to get away satisfactorily from cold. When the starter carburetter cuts out, the car is almost undrivable for a few miles. 2. Top gear acceleration from low speeds is poor at all times. 3. In spite of the fact that, owing to icy roads it was almost impossible to indulge in any acceleration, the consumption does not seem to have been very good.* 4. Speedometer drives, when cold, gave an irregular drive and were noisy. 5. The change speed requires examination, as it is not easy to move it across the gate. 6. The rear axle is slightly noisy.
