With reference to HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/GWH{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux}1/MJ2831., we
presume the increased cost of the WW. scheme is due to
the hinged support provided in this case, and not - if our
information is correct - in the case of the Derby scheme.
From the indications on the car here this support appeared
to be very necessary.
