Re 'Savery' Oil Pump.

We have now been through the question of producing this Pump, and have assumed that the detail design will be more in keeping with R.R. ideas, and we find, costing on this assumption, that the Savery Oil Pump represents a saving of 18.5% labour cost, than the standard Phantom II, and we should also expect with this type of Pump to have less rejects from a noise point of view.

We have already shown to E/JWR. a few details which we think will be altered to bring them in line with R.R. practice, and we are sending along a few sketches, so that you can see definitely on what lines we have costed this Pump.
