In spite of your numerous and valuable experiments we are not much nearer to the complete avoidance of jaggers, except that you have found that the Hispano and Isotta, and perhaps many others, have such light or flexible brake drums that jaggers cannot be produced. I believe somewhere you say that you are fitting the Hispano with stiff brake drums to see whether you can produce jaggers with these. If not I should think this would be a good thing to test. At the same time if your assumption is true that the flexible brake drums are the reason for no jaggers appearing on the two makes of cars mentioned then it would be extremely desirable in any case, and especially if it would really avoid the risk of jaggers, as I feel this phenomenon is so serious that we should avoid all risk of its re-occurrence.

If we could definitely avoid jaggers perhaps RRM. with DES.60 second rod could be used.
