ROLLS-ROYCE LTD. INSTRUCTIONS. To Order No. Customer's No. 5. 19 the outside of the case and one to spring outward on the inside, thus forming electrodes. The case which has shown the worst leakage (Nº2) was chosen and with these electrodes was heated up to 100°c and re-tested. This time a reading of only 1.4 m/a was obtained, so in order to prove whether it was a question of electrode contact, the tin-foils were replaced and the test again repeated. This time however, only about 1.0 m/a leakage occurred. It appears difficult therefore to get consistent or reliable results, beyond showing wide divergencies between (Cont'd) Signed This Sheet must be filed on completion of the work. RR 238 (150 BKS.)
