PROGRESS OF CAR IMPROVEMENTS. X.2917 X.7770 X.5770

I am anxious to find out who it is that is makin our progress so slow. We get hopelessly left behind. Years pass and our work is out-of-date before it is made. I believe it is partly due to working to unauthorised instructions of individuals i.e., not being first agreed to by the designers and specialists responsible.

I am making out a programme for which I want Derby to fix an approximate time for experimental trial and adoption is found satisfactory.
