Sir.

Mr Hancock has had a few words with me about my last expenses in London.
He informs me that I entered one lunch too many. - The correct no. should be five and not six.
If this is correct, please accept my apologies for overlooking the fact that he paid for one the day we left for London.
As I am in France and happen to be with out any money - I should be very thankful if you would be kind enough to correct the exen. sheet so that I may be reimbursed with the sum owing to me.
I once again apologise for the inadvertence on my part.
