X8992 Restaurant Octobon, Le - Banadol Par - Le - Lavandou (Var) France. 7-1-26. Re- Springing of 1.EX. Mr. Hives, I have only been able to check poundage of one spring so I have also taken No of Plates & distance between buffers & axle. NS{Norman Scott} Spring Marked. 1700. No of Plates - 9. Distance between centre of rubber buffer & axle = 4 1/2". OS Spring. ? 1800 No of Plates. 10. Distance between centre of rubber buffer & axle = 4.8125". I will write Nice Depot. on chance of finding some weaker springs. The trouble is, we are nearly always lightly loaded, and the roads are in such a bad condition that it shakes, R.{Sir Henry Royce} up to much in the rear seats. Yours truly, F.{Mr Friese} Dodd. | ||
