With reference to your memorandum CJ28/CS01210, it is perhaps very inconvenient to have the work done at Derby, - I do not know, - but someone should supervise it, and if it could be done here. I should put it under Spinney who has some aptitude in this direction. There is a want of homogeneity in having two drawing offices. F.H.R. | ||
