To Mr. Walker. from EH. X.2934 EH2/LGLO.2.19. 10th. Feb. 1919. Herewith particulars of "Falcon" engine as requested. The HP. of the engine is above the average. The consump-tion is about the average. We think that if this power is put into a catalogue, a note should be made that a 2 1/2% reduction in power should be allowed to cover the variation in different engines. As regards the throttling down curves, I think you should submit these to Mr. Elliott to make certain they are what he asked for in his memo. FALCON.
