Mr Skinner..
Messrs. S.U. Co.,
East Works,
Bordesley Green Road,
Adderley Park,
BIRMINGHAM.

Dear Mr Skinner,

I am sorry that the matter of the plate on the 20/25 carburetter has been delayed, but it is not through any desire on our part to avoid the issue.

I am enclosing herewith prints of E.60092 showing the general arrangement of the carburetter, from which you will see that we propose to rivet the plate on the floatchamber lid{A. J. Lidsey} where it can be easily read, and there is also another blueprint enclosed of E.60251 showing the plate in question, twice full size.

The letters are identical in size with those on another plate we rivet to the air intake warning customers not to interfere with the adjustment of the carburetter.

This proposal has been put up to the Management and I will let you know as soon as I obtain their official agreement.

Yours truly,

From A.G.ELLIOTT.
