Dear Sirs, You will recollect that in February 1923 we purchased from you an Acrometer Valve and special Gauge. We have been using this gauge for some time and recently in conjunction with the R.A.E. Electrical Indicator. We find that the compressions shewn when using the Acrometer gauge and valve are very much lower than those obtained with the R.A.E. Electrical Indicator. We have checked the gauge itself and find that it is correct - we therefore feel that the trouble must be in the non-return valve. This we are returning to you in its entirety for examination.
