Messrs. Rolls-Royce Ltd.,
DERBY.

Dear Sirs,

With reference to the experimental set of Axle Springs which we have recently supplied to you, we would refer to the number of leaves in the rear Springs.

In order to maintain the periodic movement which you desired and because of the non-adoption of the offset eyes, it became necessary to modify the number of leaves from 9 to 11 in the Rear springs, and we shall be pleased to know if you wish us to supply revised prints of the Springs exactly as supplied.

We await to hear further from you inthis connection, and in the meantime, remain,

Yours faithfully,

SAMUEL FOX & CO. LIMITED.
