B.80 - Exhaust System.

We now have 2 large exhaust silencers of the Burgess type to replace the 4 small silencers previously fitted, and to enable us to check them for power loss we would like you to fit them up to the Test bed engine temporarily. We shall require 2 downtake pipes 2.00 dia and 6ft long and 2 tail pipes 1.750 dia also 6ft long. These pipes can be a sliding fit and secured by Jubilee clips instead of flanges.
