RATTLE IN THE TRANSMISSION Lp.{Mr Lappin}'S CAR.

Since we are committed to several hundred gearboxes of the type fitted to Lp.{Mr Lappin}'s car, it is imperative that we should get rid of the rattle which at present exists.

Next time Lp.{Mr Lappin} comes to the works, therefore, we should arrange for him to exchange his car for 8.B.V. remove the gearbox and carry out modification to PD.455.

If this is unsuccessful, we may have to go further and try and fit modification to PD.467.
