Y3465 With reference to Mr. Smith's letter attached. We suggest that an answer like the one we attach might meet the case. We should however like to know the chassis number of the car in question so that we can ascertain how much friction it has got in its pivots. Apparently this is not a Phantom car - all our recent troubles have, of course, been with high speed steering wobbles which require a different treatment.
