The Dunlop Rubber Co.,
Fort Dunlop,
Erdington,
Birmingham.

For the attention of Mr. Price.

Dear Sirs,

We are requiring a pair of Bentley front wheels similar to GB.1330, only with the hub arranged so that the brake drum is moved 1.000" further into the wheels. That is the flange of the wheel cone which is now .906 from the centre line of wheel, should be .094 on the other side of the centre line.

It appears that the present method for balancing can be retained, as these wheels will only be used on the front of the chassis.

We are very anxious to see these experimental wheels and as we have no intension of standardising them, we would like you to overcome any difficulties which may appear without necessarily getting into further communication with us.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
