COPY. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} ROY{Sir Henry Royce}/GEA5/FJ.27.3.23. We have received from Alex. Duckham & Co., Birmingham, 1 cask of "New Process" Adcol Motor Oil, and as we could trace no instructions to said firm to supply this oil, we referred to the Mailing Dept. and found that you instructed said firm to supply this oil. We shall be glad if, in future, you will kindly send us copies of such instructions and so prevent the trouble of ascertaining where the requisition emanated.
