MAILING OF TECHNICAL REPORTS
-------------------------

I have just been involved in an investigation carried out by the French Censor in co-operation with our Intelligence people over here, concerning the censoring of certain reports sent by Millward both to me and to yourselves.

As it so happens that I am on the very best of terms with the latter mentioned, the matter was very easily settled. However, instructions have been issued to ensure that no further reports of a technical nature capable of being of interest to the enemy should be mailed through the ordinary post, and I am making arrangements with Toulouse to get the reports up here through their special bag, and I will forward them on to you through my special channels.

Incidentally no information of a technical nature, as above, should be sent to France through the ordinary post. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} is aware of the method to be used to get mail to me other than through the ordinary mail.

Sr.
