We have received notice from the Divisional Controller, Ministry of Labour and National Service that the provisional certificates issued on the 1st May, 1941 should be regarded as remaining current up to, and including the 1st February, 1942. Will you please arrange that in the paragraph "This provisional certificate remains in force until and including 1st August, 1941" the date 1st August, 1941 be deleted and substituted by the date 1st February, 1942, in all Departments and dispersal premises under your control, where these certificates are exhibited.
