Phantom - Anti-Rolling Device. Herewith is N. Sch.4064, the proposed anti-rolling device arranged attached to the shock damper levers, these latter being new. The device also requires the battery lowering in the frame. An existing battery can be used for trial but in future a divided battery is intended to be used.
