Car Heater and De-Froster : Bentley III.

Please receive herewith blueprints of the new details for the car heater to the modified design in accordance with Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std's request.

(1) The spindle and cones are now hardened and ground.

(2) The front cone is definitely registered off the spindle.

The following are the parts required to make a complete new "centre" :-

D.76213. Spindle. 1 off. Replacing D.76166.
D.76214. Cone. 1 off. " D.76167.
D.76215. Cone Nut. 1 off. New Piece.
D.76216. Outer Race. 1 off. Replacing D.76165.
D.76168. Ferrule. 1 off.
D.76169. Adaptor. 1 off.
D.76170. Flex. Drive. 1 off.
D.76187. Packing Washer. 2 off.
D.76188. Bearing Support. 2 off.
.125 dia. Balls. (Ball Race). 18 off.

One set of blueprints herewith to RHC{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer}/CAN.

This completes the modifications for the car heater.
