261 Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}4/AP. December 10th.1937. To the Most Honourable The Marquess of Cholmondeley, Houghton Hall, Nr. King's Lynn, NORFOLK Dear Lord Cholmondeley, Thank you very much for the brace of pheasants which Waller brought to my house last night. I understand that you are quite satisfied with the tyres and do not want the more silent pattern tread. The wheels to which these tyres were fitted were an experimental set and were not, therefore, new. We have on order another pair of wheels for you which we can let you have, if you object to the part worn condition of the set which you are at present running. Yours sincerely, | ||
