Clutch jaggers.
Engine is generally rough and dry ball race sound.
Engine gears whine and whistle.
Carburetter suction noise.
Silencer not effective. Metering seems good, no flat spots under ordinary driving.
Oil leak from Water Pump Drive.
" " bottom dynamo drive damper plate.
Bad " " rear of engine into tray.

GEARBOX.

Not passable.
Side shaft whine uneven.
3rd gear poor.
2nd gear poor.
1st gear very heavy.
Reverse double whine.
Change speed lever requires too much depression to engage reverse.

Damper governor unit leaking oil similar to 28-EX.

Servo efficiency falls with heat.

Brakes become poor, too much load required on brake pedal.

Rear axle noisy 40 M.P.H. over-run.

Bonnet hinge fouls radiator drain pipe.
Bonnet hinges knocking on schuttle.

Brake dust covers rub (cornering).

Steering heavy and slight joggles. (Examine Pivots)

Acceleration pedal too strong ~~HH~~ spring heavy.

Front damper loads require increasing at medium position. Maximum loads too great on rear.
