X. 4583 To RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} from EFC EFC1/T27.4.23. X.4583 - IGNITION SWITCH WITH MOULDENSITE INSULATION We are sending you herewith a rotor of the steering column ignition switch which has been made up with mouldensite material in place rubber base material. Would you kindly have a steering column switch made up with this rotor and handed over to us, as it is considered that prolonged switching tests with the switch so made up should be carried out with a view to standard-isation of this material. For test purposes, we shall arrange for the switch to be slowly rotated, making and breaking continuously suitable electrical circuits. [STAMP: ORIGINAL] [STAMP: 1304] EFC.
