6.B.IV. & 35-EX.

Further to my conversation with Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Wst. on Wednesday last, I have returned to Derby for your attention:-

1) Special 15.000 miles turn coil failed on 6.B.IV. after 4.300 miles running.

2) Lucas under bonnet wind tone horns off 35-EX. The high tone horn failed completely on frequent occasions from the start of the running.
