C.20.6 THE JOSEPH LUCAS RESEARCH LABORATORIES, BIRMINGHAM. ENGLAND. REF. NO. DATE 8.7.30. TO REPORT ON E.S. 18.DIPPER OR CHANGEOVER SWITCH, FOOT OPERATED, WITH 3 PIN PLUG AND SPLIT PINS ATTACHED. The switch was connected up on a 14 volt circuit breaking 12 amps. Before test the contacts were smeared with grease. It was then operated 10,000 times and again inspected. There was practically no sign of wear on any part and from its appearance and performance this switch is satisfactory.
