1091 Rml/R.{Sir Henry Royce} 17th June, 1938. Capt. S.B. Wilks, The Rover Company Ltd., New Meteor Works, COVENTRY. Dear Wilks, Herewith a blueprint which represents the seating dimensions which have been decided upon for the body, of which we require 1,000. The print is not representative of the final shape of the body, nor are the front wings and radiators representative of the final appearance of the car. It should, however, give you sufficient information to decide whether it is possible to deal with it on your production lines. I shall be forwarding the analysis of the sleeve valve engine to-morrow. Yours sincerely, | ||
