X1812 C Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} BY15/H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} 28. 8. 24. SPARKING PLUGS. ---------------- In connection with chassis, we are sending you herewith a set of eight sparking plugs, Deltavis Z.II, which have been supplied to us by Messrs C.Meier-Mattes & Co. at the same time that they were fulfilling some other order. Their remarks made in connection with the sparking plugs are as follows:- "We are taking the liberty of sending you under "separate cover 8 Deltavis ZII. Sparking Plugs. "These plugs have been tested by Mr.Tryan, Chief "Tester at Messrs D.Napier & Son Ltd, Acton. He "has informed us that whereas Mica-Plugs, such as "K.L.G. are better for Aeroplane engines, our "PLUGS DELTAVIS ZII are without doubt the best "for car work, especially for low-running engines. "We believe, therefore, that you may be interested "to give these plugs a thorough test and we shall "be very pleased if you will kindly inform us of "the result in due course." We thought you would possibly be interested in examining the plugs, at least. If you do not want to go beyond this, then I would advise returning them, and getting rid of the job. BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} | ||
