HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr} from Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/AFM.{Anthony F. Martindale} Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/AFM.{Anthony F. Martindale}11/AP.10.5.37 CHEVROLET BRAKES. Owing to the possibility of our using a semi-wrapping brake with no servo on a future light car, we would like one front and one rear Chevrolet brake assembly dismantled and accurately measured up, all centres, shoe and drum sizes, actuating cylinder diam. and master cylinder diam, etc. to be shewn on drawings. We think HPS{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr}/RH.{R. Hollingworth} should be able to do this. The Chevrolet brakeinduces wear at the heel of the shoe where it does not affect pedal travel. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/AFM.{Anthony F. Martindale} | ||
