Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} MATERIAL. Robert Blackshaw & Co, who supply us with the Continental Bakelite have written to us informing us they are marketing a special material suitable for use on friction surfaces, which is known by the title of N.P. Stock Fibre. I am sending you a piece of the material in question because I am under the impression that you have already had some similar material under your notice, but in the event of you desiring to have a further supply of this fibre for trying out, say on front pivots, I will arrange to order some on hearing from you in this connection.
