Dear Mr. Fisher, We have had a complaint from Mr. Hancock who is investigating service troubles that they had a 30 HP. car in for starting and upon examination found a loose float needle valve. He obtained a new one from The Stromberg Carburetter Company. Mr. Hancock is at present at Cricklewood and I should be glad if you would contact with him to get an exact description of the trouble and take the necessary steps to ensure that it does not recur.
