Stanmore,
Middlesex.

For the attention of Mr. Fisher.

Dear Mr. Fisher,

We have had a complaint from Mr. Hancock who is investigating service troubles that they had a 30 HP. car in for starting and upon examination found a loose float needle valve. He obtained a new one from The Stromberg Carburetter Company.

Mr. Hancock is at present at Cricklewood and I should be glad if you would contact with him to get an exact description of the trouble and take the necessary steps to ensure that it does not recur. It is, of course, a serious matter.

Yours sincerely,
