London, S.W.15.
Dear Sirs,
Your reference KLG/AD
We duly received your letter of the 21st inst., respecting the new Spring Terminal Clip you recommend in the place of Terminal Nuts.
We regret to state that instead of receiving two dozen Clips as advised that only three Clips were received by us. Apparently the balance has been lost in transit. If you will send us a further quantity, we will give them a test.
Yours faithfully,
