Modified exhaust valve to address breakage issues on the Bentley V and Wraith models.

Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Swdl.{Len H. Swindell} is in agreement to try this modification which consists in adding metal at the point of breakage. We are all loath to put up the valve stem diameter for many obvious reasons.
