We acknowledge receipt of your telegram of the 6th instant addressed to Mr.Hives and we have to-day handed to our Bankers the Indemnity in the name of the Barclays Bank (Overseas) Ltd on behalf of Mr.Lidsey. Although in the former correspondence it was stated that this Indemnity should be made out to the General Transport Co. we have not mentioned their name, in view of the amended instructions given in your telegram.
