Dear Sirs,

For the attention of Mr. Leslie.

We are enclosing Drawing No. BGA.3841B, and Drawings Nos: BG 4267, 4268, 4269, 4270, showing the arrangement and details of your Shock Damper Unit E497 as we suggest it should be made. EXS 497

Although it is not possibly the cheapest way of making a hot brass stamping, we suggest that the split in the tool should take place across the corners of the hexagon so that the sides of the hexagon where the spanner fits shall not be tapered.

Will you be good enough to check these drawings and let us know whether you have any suggestions to make?

In the meantime we are preparing a quotation for this unit in quantities of 1000 which we will let you have as soon as possible.

Yours truly,
THE BRITISH THERMOSTAT CO.LTD.

W. Martin-Hurst.
Director.
