-3- (4) Reduces the viscosity of the mineral oil at the low working temperature of the bearings,&c. (5) Better over-all lubrication is attained, and (6) The adhesiveness and oiliness of the oil film is increased giving more lubricating value to the oil. These are a few of the points I should like to go into with you, and it is my firm conviction that we could offer you a mineral oil, with the addition of a fatty oil, for the lubrication of the Rolls Royce engine which would surpass anything in the way of a lubricant you have had put before you. Moreover, the Oil I have in mind would be adaptable for use in summer and winter. Yours faithfully, [Signature] MANAGER, GENERAL LUBS. DEPT | ||
