Pedals.

The engine forms a stop for the clutch pedal with the result that when the pedal is fully depressed, all the engine movements are felt on the foot.

The engine movements are also felt on the accelerator pedal on full throttle.

Although the hand ignition control is not in use, it is interesting to note that it frequently kicks half way round the quadrant.
