18th. June 1938.

Messrs. Dunlop Rubber Co. Ltd.,
Fort Dunlop,
Erdington,
BIRMINGHAM.

For the attention of Mr.H.E.Price.

Dear Sirs,

We are sending you herewith drawings of the steel wheel of which we require one experimental set. We are wondering whether you can adapt the tools you made last time to make these wheels. We shall never again require any wheels of the first type so that permanent alterations to the tools do not matter.

We need these wheels in just under a month. Will you please let us know whether you can make them, and if so, at what cost.

Yours faithfully,

for ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
