Cx.{Major Len W. Cox - Advertising Manager} (copy to Bn{W.O. Bentley / Mr Barrington}). Bly.{B. W. Bleaney - Bentley Sales}4/HEM.15.1.34. We are getting criticisms concerning the amount of foot room to the nearside of the driver's seat - by this I mean the amount of space between the floor and the bend in the dashboard to the nearside. It is impossible for any person with feet of normal size to sit with their feet straight, as there is insufficient room. One or two people have asked whether it would not be possible to have a well fitted to the nearside as in the case of the driver's side. There does not appear to be any obvious reason why the set in the aluminium dashboard should not be higher than it is now and so provide more room for passenger's feet. Bly.{B. W.
