Messrs Park Ward & Co.Ltd., 473, High Road, Willesden London N.W.10. Secret and Confidential. Attention of Mr Finney. 404- Dear Sir, Re: Short Wheelbase Bentley 2.B.5. Mr Robotham thanks you for the samples of paintwork and trimming for 2.B.5. and has asked us to inform you of our decision. We have decided that the colour for the paintwork shall be that of the sample pattern returned herewith. For the leather we have chosen Connolly's Vaumol No.834 of which we enclose a sample. The interior woodwork we suggest should be of standard pattern in veneered walnut. The headcloth should be to the sample returned herewith. We leave you to choose a suitable red carpet. The whole of the body, wings, and bonnet should be painted the one colour, with a fine red line on the moulding to match the leather. We shall send you a set of discs for the wheels and a wheel cover to be painted in due course. Discs are necessary as for some while this car will have wire wheels. Cont'd.... | ||
