MINUTE 18. TYPE TEST POSITION.

R.{Sir Henry Royce} 27.

RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} states that most of the tests on these engines are completed, or for some reason are at a standstill, and suggests that a further schedule of important engines should be drawn up, on which progress will be reported fortnightly.

MINUTE 19. COMPRESSION IGNITION.

Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} said constant communication must be kept between the A.M. and ourselves.

Rg{Mr Rowledge}/Tsn. states that the Ministry has now decided not to award us the contract for this unit.

MINUTE 20. GOVERNMENT RESEARCH ESTABLISHMENTS.

Arranged Lr.{Mr Ellor} should get out programme of tests.

Lr.{Mr Ellor} states "a copy of report Lr.{Mr Ellor}12/ADll.4.33. has been handed to Mr. Tweedie and Mr. Wood. Mr. Tweedie will discuss what action shall be taken during his next visit."
