6053 Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Wst.15/JH. 25th May, 1/31. Messrs, Lucas Ltd., Great King Street, Birmingham. For the attention of Mr. R.N.Neill. Dear Mr. Neill, We have received the latest pair of head-lamps and are disappointed to note that the reflectors are rather too small in diameter and leave a rather objectionable gap between the rim of the lamp and the reflector, furthermore the rubber covering of one of the springs has protruded over the edge of the reflector. Are these reflectors what you anticipate giving to us finally, as we are sure they will evoke some considerable adverse criticism from customers. Yours faithfully, FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD. | ||
