X2810 X1455 NỌ 77 Stag Lane. 1-3-29 To Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} Herewith is a copy of a letter & curves received from the Zero Anti-Freezing Mixture people. I have not received the mixture yet. To R.R. Rep. Acting on telephone instructions from your Head Office we are forwarding today by passenger train a 1 cwt drum of Zero Anti-Freezing Glycerine for use in radiators of I.C. engines. Enclosed with this letter are freezing & boiling curves, also a table of viscosities. This data will enable you to estimate the strength of mixture to suit your purpose. Zero is 90% glycerine & will have no effect on metals rubber connections, or fabric in fact it is a valuable anti-corrosive agent & will prevent the formation of rust & lime deposits in the cooling system. Reference to the boiling curve will show that a strong solution of Zero slightly raises the boiling point a matter of considerable interest in connection with Aircraft in tropical regions. Zero neither evaporates nor boils away & provided there is no leakage, one application will last an indefinite period. Yours etc Signed Naves. | ||
