We send herewith N. sch. 2949., a diagram of the forces in the controls, which we think will be self explanatory.

It will be noted that we are asking for a new epicyclic clutch spring, and have altered the clearance of the clutch by reducing the thickness of the plates to allow the clutch control lever to be halfway between the extreme positions.
