TO EY. } FROM R.{Sir Henry Royce} HS.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} } Copy to Mr. E.E. Copy to Mr. D.A. Copy to Mr. RG.{Mr Rowledge} MAGNETOS. re. NOISY DISTRIBUTING GEARS. X4648 I am in receipt of BY's memo. on these, and conclude that it is advisable to remove our objection to the bakelite - aluminium combination for motor car work, it being considered that these wheels have been proved to be satisfactory for their light duty, and they are so much quieter than any others. I do not think it advisable to use them on aero engine work, unless some other reason is given. R.{Sir Henry Royce} | ||
