As I remember this particular issue it was discussed from two points of view:- (a) Whether provision was made to fit the autolock, and what had been instructed. (b) Whether it was possible at the moment to release the autolock to the Works. It was agreed that provision had been made, but that whilst it was desirable to have the autolock Experimental Department were not yet in a position to release it.
